Open position: Help desk assistant

Our support department in Beverwijk has an open position at the first-line help desk.
You will be working in close cooperation in a six-strong team. You will be answering our customers’ questions regarding our software. Typical situations include:
Explaining how to use existing functions in the software.
Analysing and uitzetten requests for custom-made solutions.
Providing support during system implementation stages.

In addition, you will be providing support in the sale of hardware, including computers, headsets and telephones.
As a member of the support team, you will be able to cooperate to provide an answer to all customer questions and you aspire to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

  • has completed intermediate vocational education;
  • has strong analytical skills;
  • Ÿ is fluent in written and spoken Dutch;
