Installation in just 2 days
Steam-connect can be fully operational within 48 hours. After two days of training, you can start setting up your own environment immediately. Of course, our support department will help you get to know Steam-connect properly, free of charge, so that you can achieve optimum returns.
In addition to the 2-day training you will receive when you start using Steam-connect, we organise monthly Education Days. You can attend these days free of charge. Clients often use these Education Days to increase the management’s level of knowledge. It is also possible to follow training at your location. These training moments will be filled in according to your needs.
Advice & support
We like to share information and experiences with our customers. We have gained a great deal of expertise in the contact centre sector. That is why we are often approached to think along with and act as a sounding board for the design of business processes. In this way, we are not only a supplier but also a business partner. You can make use of our support engineers free of charge. In addition, our project management department is ready to help with questions and challenges.
